WmOPCAdapter

Adapter for OPC enables integration with OPC UA server to exchange data. The adapter provides seamless and real-time communication with the OPC UA server
without requiring changes to your existing application infrastructure. Using Adapter for OPC, you can create and run services to perform operations such as retrieving node information, updating node value attribute, and executing method of a node.

Adapter Connections: Enables you to connect to the OPC UA server at design and runtime. You must configure an adapter connection before configuring adapter services.

Adapter Service Templates: Enables you to initiate and perform operations on the OPC UA server. The following adapter service templates are provided:

• Describe Service: Helps you navigate the OPC UA server address space. Provides the details and references of the selected node.
• Read Service: Reads the selected node attributes.
• Write Service: Writes or updates the selected node value.
• Call Method Service: Executes a method or an operation defined on a node.
